Adra provide quality homes in north Wales. The company looks after over 7,500 homes and provides services to over 18,000 local customers. Their goal is that these are affordable and reliable homes.
Tŷ Gwyrddfai is also home to Adra’s Team, which employs 400 staff, as well as an on-site Huws Gray depot that provides essential materials and supplies for repairing, refurbishing and building new homes. This creates a direct link between innovation, training and practical delivery.

Academi Adra
For the past two years, Tŷ Gwyrddfai has been the home of Academi Adra’s training courses and development programmes. The Academy supports people to develop new skills, gain qualifications and build confidence by providing learning and training opportunities across a range of areas that support the housing sector and local communities. Working in partnership with industry experts and organisations, Academi Adra helps develop a skilled workforce and create opportunities for the future.
