Strengthening Local Skills: M Wynn Plumbing Cyf’s Partnership with Tŷ Gwyrddfai

Established in 2010, M Wynn Plumbing Cyf specialises in all aspects of plumbing, including the installation, maintenance, and repair of plumbing and heating systems.

Owner Mark Wynn Williams has made extensive use of the training opportunities available at Tŷ Gwyrddfai to upskill across a wide range of courses. As a small business operating across Gwynedd, Ynys Môn, and beyond, staying up to date with the latest technologies and systems is essential to his work.

Mark explains: “I have attended Tŷ Gwyrddfai on numerous occasions to complete various training. I live in a small town on the Llŷn Peninsula in Gwynedd, so having the hub close by, equipped with the latest technology needed in today’s housing sector is crucial for my business.

Through Tŷ Gwyrddfai’s partners, CIST and business@llandrillo, I have also completed training in renewables, including Installation and Maintenance of Solar Thermal Hot Water Systems, Energy Efficiency for Domestic Heating, as well as a course to improve my understanding of Air, Ground Source & Design Heat Pumps.

More recently, I attended social media confidence training at Tŷ Gwyrddfai to help enhance and boost my business online.

Mark is a Tendra programme graduate, a scheme designed to help small businesses grow and thrive.
