Building Skills for the Future: KMT Group at Tŷ Gwyrddfai

KMT Group are passionate about developing their team and have been a frequent visitor to Tŷ Gwyrddfai. They are an electrical & mechanical contractor serving North Wales and beyond, specialising in electrical, digital, plumbing and renewable installation and maintenance.

Our staff have already completed a wide range of training, including CPD with Aico on their industry‑leading safety solutions, as well as Working at Heights and Manual Handling courses at Tŷ Gwyrddfai with Grŵp Llandrillo Menai. I have also previously attended the Tendra course, which helped me navigate paperwork and build confidence when bidding for work.

Looking ahead, we hope to take part in further training opportunities, including courses with Nuaire on their ventilation systems. I am also looking forward to attending upcoming Meet the Buyer events to learn about future procurement opportunities and connect with key decision makers.”
